Data we collect

Through enquiry forms: your name, phone number, e-mail address, nationality, family size, investment interest and message, together with the property or page you enquired about. Through cookies and measurement tools, subject to your cookie preferences: technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and campaign parameters (UTM).

• Responding to your enquiry and arranging a consultation.
• Property and Turkish citizenship advisory services and related follow-up communication.
• Measuring how the website is used and improving it.
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal basis

KVKK Article 5/2(c): processing necessary for the steps taken at your request before a contract; Article 5/2(f): our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Transfer of your data abroad and any commercial electronic messages rely on your explicit consent, which you give separately.

Recipients and transfer abroad

• Our advisory team, to handle your enquiry.
• Our customer relationship management system (Bitrix24), which is hosted outside Türkiye; your enquiry is recorded there only with your explicit consent given on the form.
• Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) for usage statistics, in line with your cookie preferences.
• WhatsApp (Meta) only if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a service relationship are deleted in accordance with our retention policy; where a service relationship arises, the retention periods required by contract, tax and other applicable law apply.

Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred.
